Will all my data transfer?

We agree the exportable records and attachments before committing. We migrate the approved scope and document anything retained as reference archives or needing extra work. Your source edition or subscription may limit data access.

Will migration interrupt my operations?

Preparation and trial migration use a separate environment. We agree a final cutover window and any required downtime after assessing your system.

Do you migrate historical transactions or just balances?

The scope can cover historical transactions, or opening balances with reference archives, depending on export access, volume and budget. We record the chosen approach before purchase and delivery.

How do I verify my accounts?

We agree reconciliation reports: trial balance, customer and supplier balances, and stock quantities and values as applicable. Your finance owner reviews and signs off before cutover, using a defined cutoff to prevent duplicate transactions.

What do the complimentary hours cover?

Five working hours of agreed migration tasks for new customers who purchase Tele. Tasks may include file preparation, field mapping, import and review. These hours are additional to paid installation, launch and training, and do not cover unlimited migration.

What if I need more than five hours?

We estimate the work first. Additional hours cost 580 SAR per hour before VAT and require your approval. The offer applies once per new organisation and cannot be exchanged for cash or deducted from licences.

Do customisations and passwords transfer?

We assess customisations and workflows for reconfiguration using Tele tools within the agreed scope; compatibility is not automatic. User accounts and permissions are reviewed, with new access credentials set up securely.

Does an assessment request commit me to buying?

No. An assessment starts a conversation with our team. It creates no payment, invoice or automatic instance. The hours offer applies when you purchase Tele and agree the migration scope.
