Your data and privacy

For migration assessments, we store the source system and campaign attribution when available with your contact details, to follow up the assessment and hours offer. We do not request financial files or passwords in the public form.

Al-Tareeq Information Technology Systems Co. (WAY) uses your company name, email, mobile, chosen solution and order quantities to follow up demo requests or process purchases and arrange delivery. You are not automatically added to marketing lists.

Requests are stored in CRM for authorised staff. Demos are prepared manually and do not initiate a payment. Purchase orders record the payment reference and status after verification with Moyasar.

Card details are entered in the Moyasar form and sent directly to Moyasar. The WAY form does not store full card numbers or security codes. Do not send passwords or customer data in notes.

For questions about your data, correction or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. Transaction records required for statutory obligations and handling requests may need to be retained.
