Purchase and delivery

User licences are a one-time purchase at 1,500 SAR each, minimum 3. Installation, launch and training are 580 SAR per hour, minimum 5 hours. VAT of 15% is added to the displayed prices.

Deployment is on the customer’s local or cloud server. The solution includes a connected website or online store, AI connectivity and supported visual configuration tools. Pages, setup and delivery tasks are agreed in the implementation plan.

Server, domain, third-party services and AI usage charges are excluded. Ongoing support, bespoke development and additional integrations are separately agreed.

After payment is confirmed, the team arranges requirements review, server preparation and the purchased service hours. Payment does not automatically deploy an instance. Additional hours require agreement before work.

Migration offer: 5 complimentary data migration hours for new Tele customers on purchase with an approved scope. These hours are additional to the minimum paid implementation and training hours, once per organisation, with no cash alternative or licence discount. Third-party charges are excluded. Additional hours cost 580 SAR before VAT with prior approval. The offer does not cover unlimited migration.
